本文利用城市地理学中首位度、位序规模相关方法及经济学中赫芬达尔指数对2004-2011年山东省入境旅游规模结构及其演化进行分析。研究发现：（1）山东省入境旅游规模结构正在不断优化,入境旅游目的地和入境旅游市场规模结构均处于由典型首位型结构向过渡型转变,＂两头大中间小＂的格局正在改变,中间梯度的入境旅游市场和目的地数量正在增加,但尚未达到相关指数的理想值。（2）2007年、2008年两年为山东入境旅游规模结构演化重要转折点,是其由首位型结构向过渡型结构演化的重要拐点。（3）在山东省入境旅游规模结构演化方面,山东省入境旅游目的地一直处于持续分散的状态,入境旅游市场则是经历了先集聚后分散的演化过程。基于上述分析,文章对山东省入境旅游的发展提供了相应的对策建议。

Based on primary index, rank-scale analysis methods and the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index used in Economics, this paper analyzed the evolution and the scale structure of inbound tourism in Shandong Province from 2004 to 2011. The result showed that：（1） The scale structure of inbound tourism in Shandong Province was continuing optimizing. Tile inbound tourism destination and the inbound tourism market were all in the status of changing from the typical primate distribution to the transition type. The pattern large in both ends and small in the middle was varying. The number of the inbound tourism destination and the inbound tourism market in the intermediate gradient was increasing, although the ideal value has not been achieved. （2）The year of 2007 and 2008 was the key turning point of the evolution because the scale structure of inbound tourism in Shandong Province changed from the typical primate distribution to the transition type. （3）In terms of the evolution of the scale structure of inbound tourism in Shandong Province, the inbound tourism destination had been on the dispersion state, while the inbound tourism market gathered first and then scattered. Finally, this paper proposed some corresponding and suggestions for the development of inbound tourism in Shandong Province
