通过访谈法、观察法、比较分析法,系统剖析导致儿童青少年肥胖的非基因性的环境因素,明确阐明现代化进程中所建构的＂致胖环境＂是儿童青少年肥胖的罪魁祸首,以有效遏制儿童青少年肥胖的增长势头。在全面阐释儿童青少年＂致胖环境＂的内涵及其构成因子的基础上,从知行合一、健康城市建设、政府和家庭4个层面提出了优化转变儿童青少年＂致胖环境＂的可行性策略。

Obesogenic environment entices more food and consumes less energy via environmental penetrability.It is easy for people to contribute obesity to an individual＇s weak willpower and lack of self-discipline,misleading the way to preventing and controlling the obesity of children and adolescent.In this paper,non-genetic factors leading the obesity were analyzed through literature study,interview,observation and comparative analysis.It could be seen that the＂obesogenic environment＂was the chief factor for obesity of children and adolescent.It held that to prevent children and adolescent obesity,the unity of knowledge and action should be combined at city,government government and family levels.
