Concerning the dimensions of demand structure, distribution structure and industrial structure, the article made an analysis on the acting mechanism among macroeconomic policies, labor cost and economic structure. The results show that labor cost ascending could have a positive effect on the economic structure optimizing in China. Relative policies should be implemented to promote the transformation of China＇s economic development mode.
