农村最低生活保障制度是我国社会保障体系不可或缺的一部分， 在制度实施 的过程中， 还存在诸多不完备的地方。 通过对北京市郊区进行实地调研得出的数据分析， 了解当地低保群体的特征及生活现状， 并对现行的低保政策实施情况进行评价， 进而提出一些可行性建议。

Subsistence allowance system for rural residents is an indispensable part of social security system. However, some imperfection still exists during the implementation of this system. In accordance with the data obtained through the fieldwork in the Beijing suburban area, the article evaluated the current performance of subsistence allowance system and presented the feature and the status quo of relative residents. At last,it also proposed feasible suggestions.
