当前,文科类高职院校毕业生就业较为困难。为此,文章提出要通过有针对性地加强就业指导、走开放办学之路、打造一支高水平的职业指导人员队伍、进行全程化职业指导、全方位提高毕业生就业竞争力等措施实现更高质量的职业指导。
噹前,文科類高職院校畢業生就業較為睏難。為此,文章提齣要通過有針對性地加彊就業指導、走開放辦學之路、打造一支高水平的職業指導人員隊伍、進行全程化職業指導、全方位提高畢業生就業競爭力等措施實現更高質量的職業指導。
당전,문과류고직원교필업생취업교위곤난。위차,문장제출요통과유침대성지가강취업지도、주개방판학지로、타조일지고수평적직업지도인원대오、진행전정화직업지도、전방위제고필업생취업경쟁력등조시실현경고질량적직업지도。
At present,the employment for graduates from arts in higher vocational colleges is more difficult. Therefore,this paper puts forward some measures to achieve vocational guidance of higher quality,such as,strengthening employment guidance,running school openly,creating a high level of career guidance staff,making vocational guidance in the whole process,fully improving the graduates＇ employment competitive power,and so on.
