The crimes in the internet financial market severely endanger investors＇ assets security and profoundly strike the existing financial system. An effective system of criminal law protection must be urgently established with the utilization of criminal law legislation and interpretation as well as on the basis of the characteristics and tendency of internet financial market. It could protect the innovation of internet financial market, defend financial orders, and protect legal interests of investors. The criminal law protection of internet financial market should be positioned on the basis of policies of information security assurance and financial risks control. The dynamics between market mechanism and criminal law protection needs to be optimized. The administrative and criminal law legislations should be linked and collaborated. Meanwhile, the judicial review of information disclosure and efficiency of financial judicial resources should be improved to effectively regulate the financial market crimes which severely violate the rules of risk control.
