本研究通过质性研究方法收集与分析农村教师专业发展,发现“平台”在教师专业成长中的绝对优势的统治力与决定性作用,且城乡之间不存在显著差异。但同时,“乡土社会”中的农村教师专业发展存在着“身份”、“阶序”等特别因素。

본연구통과질성연구방법수집여분석농촌교사전업발전,발현“평태”재교사전업성장중적절대우세적통치력여결정성작용,차성향지간불존재현저차이。단동시,“향토사회”중적농촌교사전업발전존재착“신빈”、“계서”등특별인소。
In this study, by using qualitative research to collect and analyse the teacher professional development in the ru- ral area, it was found that "platform" possesses dominant force and decisive role of absolute advantage in professional devel- opment of teachers. Moreover, there isn' t a significant difference between urban and rural. Meanwhile, there are special cultures in the professional development of rural teachers of "rural society", such as "identity", "stratum" and so on.
