德国教师教育见习制度在世界上独树一帜。进入21世纪以来,面对国内外各方面条件的发展与变化,为了提升教师教育质量,德国政府对其见习制度进行了调整,主要表现为扩展见习阶段准入条件、统一见习阶段服务时间、规范见习阶段的组成阶段及制定见习阶段教师教育标准,以上举措主要围绕德国教师教育质量整体提升、各州教师教育均衡发展及见习教师能力发展而展开。

The probation system of teacher education in Germany is unique in the world. Entering the 21st century, facing the development and change of domestic and international conditions, in order to improve the quality of teacher education, the German Government decided to take some measures in the area of probation system, such as extending the entering re- quirements, unifying the service time, regulating the stages of probation system and publish the probation standard of teacher education etc, the aims of these measures are improving the quality of teacher education, contributing to the balanced devel- opment of teacher education among different states and developing the ability and competence of probation teachers.
