河南是中华文明的重要发祥地之一，更是有着悠久历史文化的四大古都所在地，其文化产业的发展存在着独特的历史文化优势，经济和观念的落后又使其面临着诸多劣势，同时也遇到了前所未有的发展机遇。我们要正确面对来自国内其他地区的竞争以及省内文化产业人才缺乏、文化产业原创力不足等挑战，以积极的态度更好地促进我省文化产业的健康有序发展。

Henan is one of the important cradles of the Chinese civilization and there are four ancient capitals with a long history and culture there.The development of cultural industries there has unique historical and cultural advantages but Henan Province is faced with many disadvantages due to the fact that the economy and ideology there are backward.The paper points out that the development of cultural industries in Henan Prov-ince is facing unprecedented opportunities for development at present but it has to face such challenges as the competition from other parts of the country,lack of talent in cultural industries and the shortage of originality force from cultural industries.
