随着国家对教育投入力度的加大,学校对大型仪器的重视程度逐步提高,高校大型仪器设备的数量不断增加、质量不断提高。但是因为每一种仪器的台套数较少,按照传统的教学安排,不能满足正常教学的要求。如何科学合理地利用现有资源,培养粮油食品专业应用型人才,是新的人才市场需求下亟待解决的问题。结合粮油食品类应用型人才培养模式改革和课程体系建设,对部分实验内容进行规划调整,注重培养学生的应用能力,开发学生的创新思维,提高学生的学习主动性。针对涉及大型仪器设备的相关实验,打破传统的排课思路,安排学生课余时间进行实验,可有效弥补仪器数量和上课时间上的不足。

수착국가대교육투입력도적가대,학교대대형의기적중시정도축보제고,고교대형의기설비적수량불단증가、질량불단제고。단시인위매일충의기적태투수교소,안조전통적교학안배,불능만족정상교학적요구。여하과학합리지이용현유자원,배양량유식품전업응용형인재,시신적인재시장수구하극대해결적문제。결합량유식품류응용형인재배양모식개혁화과정체계건설,대부분실험내용진행규화조정,주중배양학생적응용능력,개발학생적창신사유,제고학생적학습주동성。침대섭급대형의기설비적상관실험,타파전통적배과사로,안배학생과여시간진행실험,가유효미보의기수량화상과시간상적불족。
With the government’s increased investment in education,universities attach greater importance to giant instruments,and there is a rapid increase in the number and quality of large instruments and equipments in universities.But due to the limited number of each instrument,the requirements of normal teaching can not be met according to the traditional teaching arrangements,thus the desired effect of teaching can not be a-chieved,which is a urgent problem to be solved under the new needs in the labor market.The only solution lies in the scientific and rational use of the existing resources so as to train application-oriented talents for the specialty of food and oil.Part of the content in the experiment should be planned and adjusted combined with the reform in application-oriented training mode and construction of curriculum system;application capability of the student should be attached importance to,students’creative thinking should be developed and their mo-tivation for learning should be improved.With regard to the relevant experiments involving large instruments, traditional thinking on timetable must be broken,making arrangements for students to do experiments in their spare time to make up for the inadequate number of equipment and shortage of time.Some achievements have been made through years of practice.
