天缘政治学既是人类政治活动空间拓展的现实要求,也是政治学自主成长的必然产物。但是,现有成果大多以西方国际关系理论为指导,不同程度存在初始假定缺陷或因果逻辑错位的局限性。由此,以马克思主义国际关系理论为指导,从空间主体交往实践入手,较全面地探讨天缘政治学的分析框架,尤为紧迫而重要。马克思主义国际关系理论揭示出,空间主体互动过程同样是受生产力决定生产关系、经济基础决定上层建筑这一规律支配和制约的。空间技术的全球化本质不仅预示了天缘政治学研究发展的价值取向,而且启迪着现实努力的理论逻辑。到实践中寻找答案,系统分析天缘政治的实践建构、主导进程和持续进化等主体内容,从而为既具中国特色又有世界意义的天缘政治学的创生开辟科学坦途。

The creation of Astropolitics is not only the practical result of human political space expan- sion, but also the inevitable outcome of autonomous growth of political studies. However, existing theories on Astropolitics are based on Western International Relations paradigms that are beset by flaws in their fundamental assumptions and causal logic dislocation at different levels. Therefore, it is particularly urgent and important that a more comprehensive analytical framework of Astropolitics is constructed from the perspective of Marxist IR theories, which highlights the process of space actorsr interaction. Marxist IR theories suggest that interactive processes of space actors follow the same logic as the productive forces decide the relations of production, and economic basis decides the superstruc- ture. The globalized nature of space technology not only indicates the value orientation of the study of Astropolitics, but also provides a theoretical foundation for practical efforts. In this sense, the con- struction of Astropolities should focus on social practices, and should analyze systemically how practices construct space politics, what the leading processes are and how they evolve. This will clarify notions and framework of Astropolitics with both Chinese characteristics and global significance.
