从质量管理的角度,首先运用过程方法分析了靶场进行舰炮武器系统靶场试验的习惯做法和基本流程;然后,对试验流程进行了进一步划分,并对影响试验质量的关键过程进行了识别和确认;最后,针对试验中的关键过程提出了管理要求及相应的管理措施。经实例分析表明：该方法有效提高了试验质量。

The paper starts with summarizing the usual practices and the main processes of naval gun system test in our range from the perspective of process method. The processes of tests are then com- partmentalized to more sub-processes from the view of quality management, and the critical processes impacting the test quality are identified and notarized. In the end, the management requirements in some critical processes during tests are brought forward and measures are carried out accordingly. Examples raised here indicate that the measures have effectively promoted the quality of tests.
