当前,军事文化的创新发展已经是世界新军事变革的重要组成部分。谁拥有强大的军事软实力、谁就更容易取得战争的主动权,战争的胜算就更胜一筹。在新的历史起点上,面对复杂的世情、国情,繁荣军事文化面临着诸多挑战,为更好地推进先进军事文化快速发展,需要从战略高度审视、从系统层面推进、从创新角度繁荣。
噹前,軍事文化的創新髮展已經是世界新軍事變革的重要組成部分。誰擁有彊大的軍事軟實力、誰就更容易取得戰爭的主動權,戰爭的勝算就更勝一籌。在新的歷史起點上,麵對複雜的世情、國情,繁榮軍事文化麵臨著諸多挑戰,為更好地推進先進軍事文化快速髮展,需要從戰略高度審視、從繫統層麵推進、從創新角度繁榮。

Nowadays, the innovation of military culture development is playing an important part of the world＇s new military revolution. The one who has more military soft power will have more initia- tive and gain more chances to win a war. Facing the worldls and our countryts complicated situations, standing on the new historical starting point, we need to take challenges to flourish the military cul- ture. In order to develop the advanced military culture rapidly, we have to examine the military cul- ture at a strategic height, promote it on a systematic level and flourish it from a creative perspective.
