本文从探讨文化遗产概念的起源出发，综述国外文化遗产概念的演进，分析其在价值认识上的发展趋势，得出遗产定义的表述应包含三个要素：价值体系、物质形态和表现特性。并回顾我国文化遗产概念的发展历程，根据遗产定义要素检视我国文保法在遗产概念与价值表述上存在的问题。
本文從探討文化遺產概唸的起源齣髮，綜述國外文化遺產概唸的縯進，分析其在價值認識上的髮展趨勢，得齣遺產定義的錶述應包含三箇要素：價值體繫、物質形態和錶現特性。併迴顧我國文化遺產概唸的髮展歷程，根據遺產定義要素檢視我國文保法在遺產概唸與價值錶述上存在的問題。
본문종탐토문화유산개념적기원출발，종술국외문화유산개념적연진，분석기재개치인식상적발전추세，득출유산정의적표술응포함삼개요소：개치체계、물질형태화표현특성。병회고아국문화유산개념적발전역정，근거유산정의요소검시아국문보법재유산개념여개치표술상존재적문제。
The paper begins from the origins of the concept of cultural heritage and reviews the evolution of related concepts in the field of cultural conservation. By analyzing the developing trends in values regarding cul-tural heritage, the author comes to the conclusion that a complete definition of “heritage” should contain three elements： a set of values, material forms and characters, and a review of the historical development of the concept of cultural heritage in China. According to these three elements, this paper examines the definition sections of the P.R. C.’s laws regarding Conservation of Cultural Relics and discusses related issues.
