农贷是国民政府复兴农村经济的重要举措,也是农本局、中国农民银行、中国银行、交通银行及中央信托局等国家金融机构涉足四川省农村金融的主要投资方式。民国时期,川省农贷经历了从＂农贷割据＂、＂分区—联合农贷＂到＂农贷统一＂的格局变化过程。川省农贷的统一化进程体现了国家金融机构在川农村势力的此消彼长,是各机构势力在争夺川省农村金融市场时相互博弈和妥协的结果;同时,这种统一化进程也是国民政府借助农贷对川省农村进行权力渗透的过程中对农贷机构进行制约和平衡的结果。

The implementation of agricultural loan was an important measure to revive rural economy in the Republic of China period, which was also a main mode of investment for such national financial organizations as Agricultural Bureau, the Farmers＇ Bank of China, Bank of China, Bank of Communications and the Central Trust Bureau. During the Republic of China period, agricultural loan patterns in Sichuan Province shifted from the ＂regional loan＂ to ＂separate-joint loan＂, till at last Sichuan＇s agricultural loan got unified. The unification process of Sichuan＇s agricultural loan reflected the changes of strength among financial institutions. The shift was not only the result of the competition and compromise when national financial organizations gamed for rural financial market, but also the result of restriction and balance placed on national financial organizations by the National Government.
