中国＂气币＂战略储备的经济安全问题日益凸显,使得我们必须高度重视。国外典型国家通过立法、灵活的经营管理体制、科学的费率标准、多种形式的战略储备库建设、多种所有制形式等为我国＂气币＂战略储备经济安全问题的解决提供了很好的借鉴经验。按照我国的现实国情,应当尽快加强相关方面的立法,进行＂气币＂战略储备的顶层设计,尽快建立中国特色的＂气币＂储气库管理模式,加强＂气币＂战略储备的科技攻关,科学合理地进行＂气币＂战略储备的库址选定及管网布局,从战略上考虑与国外政府及企业合作以进行战略储备等等,使得中国＂气币＂战略储备的经济安全问题得到很好地解决。

Today, the security of the strategic reserve of China＇s gas currency is becoming increasingly serious, which alerts us to pay due attention. Some foreign countries have provided valuable experience in this respect, and China should learn from them in ensuring the security of its gas currency through legislation,flexible operation and management, scientific rate criteria, and various forms of strategic reserve depot and ownership and so on. In the current situation, we should reinforce the related legislation as soon as possible and work on sophisticated top-level designs for gas currency strategic reserve. In addition, we also need to establish the management mode of gas currency reserve depot with Chinese characteristics, improve the technological and scientific knowledge on gas currency strategic reserve, arrange the location of gas currency strategic reserve depot and network distribution reasonably and consider the cooperation with foreign governments and enterprises. By adopting these measures, we believe that the economic security for strategic reserve of China＇s gas currency will be resolved.
