通过探讨创新型科研团队内部成员合作过程中的特征行为因素,包括信任心理、知识共享和共同学习,提出创新型科研团队知识合作行为特征因素演化模型。在此基础上,分析创新型科研团队合作行为,构建基于同信任指数、异信任指数的团队知识合作与团队收益关系博弈模型,揭示基于信任指数的知识共享、共同学习与团队收益之间的关系,以期为创新型科研团队合作行为研究提供理论基础和实证参考。
通過探討創新型科研糰隊內部成員閤作過程中的特徵行為因素,包括信任心理、知識共享和共同學習,提齣創新型科研糰隊知識閤作行為特徵因素縯化模型。在此基礎上,分析創新型科研糰隊閤作行為,構建基于同信任指數、異信任指數的糰隊知識閤作與糰隊收益關繫博弈模型,揭示基于信任指數的知識共享、共同學習與糰隊收益之間的關繫,以期為創新型科研糰隊閤作行為研究提供理論基礎和實證參攷。

By analyzing the characteristic behavior factors in the process of knowledge cooperation between research team members, including trust, knowledge sharing behavior and co-learning behavior, this paper brings forward characteristic behavior factors model of knowledge cooperation for research team. Based on cooperation process of research team, this paper goes on to build the equal-trust index and unequal-trust index cooperative game model, simulate the interaction of cooperation behavior and team profits with Matlab, and reveal the relationship among knowledge sharing, co-learning behavior and team profits to give a theoretical and empirical reference for the study and management of research team cooperation.
