从技术创新投入、技术创新产出、技术创新基础、技术创新效率方面对中日韩三国在2000年至2011年的技术创新能力进行了定量分析比较。研究发现日本的技术创新能力呈现出下降趋势,韩国的技术创新基础提高显著并且技术创新效率较高。我国的技术创新能力大幅度提高,技术创新投入和产出较高,但是技术创新基础还需要进一步提高。为中国的技术创新的持续性发展提供了一些政策性建议。
從技術創新投入、技術創新產齣、技術創新基礎、技術創新效率方麵對中日韓三國在2000年至2011年的技術創新能力進行瞭定量分析比較。研究髮現日本的技術創新能力呈現齣下降趨勢,韓國的技術創新基礎提高顯著併且技術創新效率較高。我國的技術創新能力大幅度提高,技術創新投入和產齣較高,但是技術創新基礎還需要進一步提高。為中國的技術創新的持續性髮展提供瞭一些政策性建議。

This paper attempts to quantitatively analyze and compare the technological innovation capability of China, Japan, and Korea by their inputs, outputs, infrastructure, and efficiency of technological innovation in the period of 2000 and 2011. The study found that Japan's technological innovation capability was declining; Korea's infrastructure of technological innovation was greatly improved and its efficiency of technological innovation was the highest among the three countries. China's technological innovation capability was im among the three recommendations countries but pro its ved dramatically and its inputs and outputs of technological innovation were the highest infrastructure needed to be further developed. The paper concludes with a few macro-level for policy makers on how to sustainably develop China's technological innovation capability.
