铁矿石是钢铁工业的重要原材料,而钢铁工业是国民经济的支柱产业。我国铁矿石的生产量、消费量和进口量都居世界第一,但在国际铁矿石市场上没有定价话语权,蒙受巨大利益损失,并可能带来经济运行的系统性风险。通过分析影响铁矿石价格的因素,国际铁矿石定价机制的历史演变,研究了我国铁矿石定价话语权缺失的表现、危害和原因,并提出了制定钢铁产业发展战略规划、提高行业集中度、提高钢铁供应的自给率、进口多元化、建立国家铁矿石战略储备制度、完善期货和现货市场、组建远洋运输船队等争取铁矿石定价话语权的对策建议。

Iron ore is the important raw material of iron and steel industry, while iron and steel industry is the pillar indus- try of national economy. The production, consumption and import of iron ore of China are the first in the world, but our country has not pricing power in the international iron ore market, and thus suffers huge losses of interest, and may lead to sys- temic risk of economic operation. The influence factors of iron ore price, historical evolution of pricing mechanism of interna- tional iron ore are analyzed, performance, harm and reason of loss of China＇s iron ore pricing power are studied, and counter- measures and suggestions for pricing power of iron ore are presented, which are to develop strategic plan for the iron and steel industry development, to improve industry concentration ratio, to improve self-sufIicient rate of steel supply, to implement di- versified import, to establish national strategic reserve system of iron ore, to establish and perfect the futures and spot market, and to form ocean shipping fleet and so forth.
