科学合理的绩效评价是现代企业发展的基础,对行业的发展能起到促进和引导作用。通过计算医药工业全行业、化药制造业、中药材及中成药制造业三个领域全行业综合绩效发现,2008—2014年,中药材及中成药制造业最优,医药工业全行业次之,化药制造业最低。同时通过灰色关联GM(1,1)模型对医药行业绩效进行预测可知,未来五年医药全行业绩效均呈上升趋势。
科學閤理的績效評價是現代企業髮展的基礎,對行業的髮展能起到促進和引導作用。通過計算醫藥工業全行業、化藥製造業、中藥材及中成藥製造業三箇領域全行業綜閤績效髮現,2008—2014年,中藥材及中成藥製造業最優,醫藥工業全行業次之,化藥製造業最低。同時通過灰色關聯GM(1,1)模型對醫藥行業績效進行預測可知,未來五年醫藥全行業績效均呈上升趨勢。

Scientific performance evaluation is the basis of enterprise development, which plays a promoting and guiding role in the development of an industry. In order to analyze and predict the performance situation of pharmaceutical industry, chemicals manufacturing industry and manufacturing industry of Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese patent medicine, the comprehensive performance was calculated by entropy value method and weighting method. In the view of comprehensive performance, from 2008 to 2014, the order of three industries from most to least is pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing industry of chinese medicinal materials and chinese patent medicine and chemicals manufacturing industry. Prediction was made by grey correlation method GM(1,1), there is a stable rising trend in the next 5 years.
