当前对蒙古语授课大学生就业问题缺乏客观理性的分析，多数研究过于强调其就业的劣势与挑战，而忽略了自身的优势与机会。本文通过SWOT分析法，对蒙古语授课大学生就业机遇与挑战、优势与劣势进行了具体分析，并将不同因素进行匹配分析，得出相应的促进策略。
噹前對矇古語授課大學生就業問題缺乏客觀理性的分析，多數研究過于彊調其就業的劣勢與挑戰，而忽略瞭自身的優勢與機會。本文通過SWOT分析法，對矇古語授課大學生就業機遇與挑戰、優勢與劣勢進行瞭具體分析，併將不同因素進行匹配分析，得齣相應的促進策略。
당전대몽고어수과대학생취업문제결핍객관이성적분석，다수연구과우강조기취업적열세여도전，이홀략료자신적우세여궤회。본문통과SWOT분석법，대몽고어수과대학생취업궤우여도전、우세여열세진행료구체분석，병장불동인소진행필배분석，득출상응적촉진책략。
The current study of employment of Mongolian-teaching college students lacks objective and rational analysis. Most of the studies emphasized on the weakness and threats of Mongolian-teaching col- lege Students＇ employment, while ignoring the strength and opportunity of their own. This paper deals with the SWOT analysis, on the basis of the status of Mongolian-teaching college students, putting forth some relevant countermeasures of how to improve the level of Mongolian-teaching college students＇ em- ployment.
