自实施"走出去"战略以来,中国企业对外直接投资的规模不断扩大,正由产品输出大国向资本输出大国转变。推动中国企业对外直接投资发展的因素主要有中国政府不断简政放权、实施"一带一路"国家战略,以及人民币的国际化需求、化解过剩产能的压力等。目前,中国企业对外直接投资面临着投资质量低下、社会责任意识缺失、海外并购风险评估不到位、国际政治风险和贸易保护主义等因素制约。要提升中国企业对外直接投资质量,必须强化跨国经营融资服务,加快多双边投资协定谈判,完善海外投资风险评估,加快推进"一带一路"建设,强化国际知识产权合作,为中国企业"走出去"提供更好保障。
自實施"走齣去"戰略以來,中國企業對外直接投資的規模不斷擴大,正由產品輸齣大國嚮資本輸齣大國轉變。推動中國企業對外直接投資髮展的因素主要有中國政府不斷簡政放權、實施"一帶一路"國傢戰略,以及人民幣的國際化需求、化解過剩產能的壓力等。目前,中國企業對外直接投資麵臨著投資質量低下、社會責任意識缺失、海外併購風險評估不到位、國際政治風險和貿易保護主義等因素製約。要提升中國企業對外直接投資質量,必鬚彊化跨國經營融資服務,加快多雙邊投資協定談判,完善海外投資風險評估,加快推進"一帶一路"建設,彊化國際知識產權閤作,為中國企業"走齣去"提供更好保障。

Since the implementation of China's "going out" strategy, the scale of Chinese enterprise' s foreign direct investment continues to expand; and China is changing from a big country of product export to one of capital export. Factors to promote the development of Chinese enterprises foreign direct investment are the central government' s reform of streamlining administration and delegating more powers to lower-level government and society in general, the implementation of the national strategy of "One Belt and One Road", the demand of RMB internationalization, and the pressure brought by overcapacity. Currently, China's foreign direct investment enterprises are facing such problems as the poor quality of investment, the lack of awareness of social responsibility, the not in place evaluation on overseas M&A risk, international political risk and trade protectionism. To improve the quality of Chinese enterprise' s foreign direct investment, we must strengthen cross-border financial services, accelerate negotiations on multilateral and bilateral investment treaties, improve the risk assessment of overseas investment, accelerate "One Belt and One Road" co-construction, and strengthen international cooperation on intellectual property to provide better protection for Chinese enterprises to "go out".
