本文采用面板门限回归模型，利用中国制造业2001—2010年28个细分行业的数据，对影响FDI配置效率的若干因素及其门限特征进行检验，并据此分析FDI配置效率的行业差异。研究发现：政府干预、研发强度和市场结构等因素对FDI配置效率的影响存在显著的门限效应；当各种影响因素处于适度范围内时，FDI表现出较高的配置效率；而在跨越特定门限值时，FDI的配置效率相对较低，甚至表现出负的配置效率。

This paper employs the threshold panel regression model to mea- sure the threshold effects and influencing factors of FDI allocation efficiency by using the 2001 - 2010 data of 28 sub - industries of China＇ s manufacturing in- dustry. Then the differences of FDI allocation efficiency among varied sectors are analyzed. The result indicates that there are significant threshold effects of govern- mental intervention, R＆D intensity and market structure on FDI allocation effi- ciency. In a certain industry, when the impact factors are in proper ranges, FDI allocation efficiency is boosted, while once a factor exceeds the threshold value, FDI allocation efficiency will decline, even to a negative value.
