针对城市生活垃圾收运中的车辆故障问题,根据干扰管理思想,提出干扰辨识方法和基于初始计划偏离的扰动度量方法,并以最小化与原方案偏差为目标,构建了干扰管理模型。最后,通过对实例问题进行仿真实验,并与传统干扰处理方法进行对比,验证了干扰管理模型的有效性和优越性。

To solve the vehicle failure problem in municipal domestic waste collection and transportation, a method of identifying disruption and measuring the disturbance caused by the initial plan deviation is put forward based on the disruption management theory. A garbage collector and vehicle disruption management schedule is established aiming at minimizing the deviation with the original plan. In the end, through the comparison of the experimental results with the schedule, the effectiveness and superiority of the model and algorithm are proved.
