森林蕴含着巨大的国民财富，树立森林财富观，改变过去只重视物质财富、忽视生态财富的观念，是生态文明建设的根本要求。从对财富的认知来看，更具包容性的财富观不仅已经成为许多经济学家的观点，也得到许多国际机构的认可和实践。森林财富观包括经济基础、社会福利和生态安全三方面的视角，中国已经在树立森林财富观方面开始了一定的探索和实践，未来要通过科技创新、产权改革等实现途径积蓄森林财富。

There are huge national wealth contained in the forest. It is the priority of achieving the goal of ecological civilization by setting up the view of forest as a national wealth, and changing the past conception of only putring emphasis on material wealth, ignoring the ecological wealth. As the cognition to wealth, the more inclusive view of wealth has not only been admitted by many economists, but also been acknowledged and practiced by many international institutions. The forest wealth view includes three basic perspectives as economic foundation, social welfare and ecological security. We should accumulate the forest wealth in diversified and smooth approaches such as technology innovation and forest tenure system reform in the context of existed exploration and practice.
