尊老、敬老、养老是中华民族的传统美德,是先辈传承下来的宝贵精神财富。近年来,随着老龄化的日益加剧,越来越多紧迫而现实的养老问题接踵而来,引发了人们的大量关注。而养老保障制度作为抵御老年风险的一项社会保障制度,自然也成为关注的焦点。该文从弘扬传统敬老文化的现实意义入手,探讨当下敬老养老环境下养老保障制度的现状和存在的问题,进而提出相应的政策建议。
尊老、敬老、養老是中華民族的傳統美德,是先輩傳承下來的寶貴精神財富。近年來,隨著老齡化的日益加劇,越來越多緊迫而現實的養老問題接踵而來,引髮瞭人們的大量關註。而養老保障製度作為牴禦老年風險的一項社會保障製度,自然也成為關註的焦點。該文從弘颺傳統敬老文化的現實意義入手,探討噹下敬老養老環境下養老保障製度的現狀和存在的問題,進而提齣相應的政策建議。

Respecting and supporting the elderly are considered as our traditional virtue and precious spiritual wealth. Recently, with the growing of aging population, the aged-supporting problem is more and more urgent and serious, which has also aroused much attention. As a kind of social security system, the old-age security system can protect the elderly against their future risk and comes into the focus of attention. The paper starts from the prac- tical significant of carrying forward the traditional culture of respecting the elderly, then attempts to discuss the status and problems on the old-age security system, and finally puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
