通过刻板印象的形成与加工理论、证伪信息与刻板印象的矫正模型,结合此前研究中得到的图书馆员刻板印象及其影响因素,对影响图书馆员刻板印象的深层原因进行分析,结果发现:1图书馆员刻板印象的原发性范畴是图书馆工作的社会声望;2个人经验对图书馆员刻板印象的影响表明,提升图书馆服务的专业化水平是改善图书馆员形象最有效也是最根本的路径;3图书馆学成功培养了未来职业者审视当下图书馆实践的批判性专业眼光,但也因此造成了其现实与专业化理想差距过大的落差感;4内-外群体效应部分解释了公众、未来职业者和图书馆员的刻板印象差异;5图书馆事业发达的东南沿海地区图书馆员、东北地区图书馆员和数字资源部图书馆员是图书馆员群体中的亚类型群体;6不同刻板印象的矫正难度有所差异;7综合地运用簿记模型和转换模型可以改善图书馆员刻板印象。

By applying theories of stereotype forming and correction, and factors derived from the previous study on librarians' stereotype, we can analyze the underlying reasons of differentiated attitudes towards librarians of groups. Our research results indicate that: (1) Primary reason for library work stereotype is the profession's social status; (2) Personal experience influences librarians' stereotype much, which indicates that we should improve the professionalism of librarianship; (3) Library science education cultivates successfully of students' critical judgment of the library practice; however it also made students feel strongly about the big divide between library practice and ideal library service., (4) Inter-out Group Bias can partially explain the group differences of librarians' stereotype; (5) Librarians in southeast coastal region and northeast region, and librarians from digital department are sub-group of the profession; (6) Different characters can be corrected differently; (7) Bookkeeping Model and Alteration Model can help to improve the images of librarians.
