大数据环境下,人与大规模数据量之间的交互成为重要议题。从语义层面进行知识组织、挖掘和服务是学科知识服务转变的必然要求。生物医学领域的GoPubMed是基于GO本体和MeSH主题词表的语义检索工具,本文介绍了GoPubMed的工作原理与关键技术,通过一个检索案例展示了其知识分类、计量与导航的服务功能。最后,从基于学科本体的知识组织、基于语义挖掘的知识发现和面向主题的知识可视化三个角度总结GoPubMed对学科知识服务的启示。

Interaction between individual and the large amount of data is becoming an important issue in big data environment. It is an inevitable requirement for knowledge service that transformation in knowledge organization, knowledge mining and knowledge services according to the semantics. The GoPubMed is a tool for semantic retrieval in biomedical field based on GO and MESH. This paper introduces the operational principle and key technology of GoPubMed, and its service functions of knowledge classification, measurement and navigation through a retrieval case. Finally, we summarize the enlightenment that GoPubMed provides in three parts which are knowledge organization based on discipline ontology, knowledge discovery based on semantic mining and knowledge visualization oriented toward subject.
