研究甲渠候官的日常管理,可以为深入认识汉代边郡候官的形态和功能,进而研究汉帝国的日常统治提供视角。甲渠候官主要通过文书掌控、行塞和召会等三种手段进行日常管理。文书掌控以日迹簿、作簿、邮书课三类文书逐日、逐月记录部隧的工作事项,以确保候官及其上级机构能严密掌控各部隧吏卒的工作状态。甲渠候官戍吏还通过行塞的方式,定期或不定期亲临防区巡行视察,以掌握部隧的实际工作状态。另外,甲渠候官以书檄、官记等文书形式传召部隧吏卒在限定时间到候官署汇报工作,或到候官署接受临时性事务安排,是为召会。三种手段互相配合,对维持甲渠候官的正常运转发挥了重要作用。

These above three means complemented each other and played an irreplaceable role in the operation of jiaqu houguan mechanism.
