目的:研究相同递增负荷功率不同运动方式下,机体能量代谢及底物消耗的特征及差异。方法:利用相同的递增负荷方案对11名在校女大学生进行递增负荷至力竭的跑台及自行车运动,采用气体收集法测定能量代谢结果。结果:在相同递增负荷功率的自行车和跑台运动中:1)随着负荷的递增,糖消耗供能及供能百分比逐渐增大,脂肪消耗量及供能逐渐减少;脂肪消耗量在自行车50 W(37.7%±7.4%VO2max、58.3%±6.60%HRmax)、跑台75 W,即5.1km/h以及12.3%坡度(55.61%±10.55%VO2max、69.62%±5.46%HRmax)时最大,分别为4.77±1.27 mg/min/kg、6.51±2.57 mg/min/kg,对应负荷强度及最大消耗值具有显著性差异(P〈0.001)。2)跑台运动总时间、VO2max值及力竭负荷强度均高于自行车运动(P〈0.05);在其他相同负荷强度时,跑台运动的脂肪消耗量及供能比例高于自行车运动(P〈0.05)。3)同级负荷时跑台运动的总能量输出高于自行车运动,随着运动负荷递增,脂肪供能下降水平及下降时机有明显差异。结论:在相同递增负荷功率不同运动方式至力竭运动中:1)不同运动方式下机体能量代谢特征及变化与负荷的递增、能量输出需求是一致的;2)尽管是相同的增负荷功率,但跑台运动中脂肪消耗及供能比例相对较大,具有持续、较强的脂肪消耗能力,而在各个负荷阶段的糖消耗水平基本一致;3)相同受试者采用不同运动方式健身时,其健身负荷强度具有一定的差异。

Objective: The characteristics and differences of body energy metabolism and substrate consumption in different forms of exercise with the same incremental load power will be studied in the research. Method: According to the same incremental load power program, 11 female college students are tested as subjects in incremental load to exhaustive exercise in forms of treadmill and cycling exercise with the use of gas collection method to identify the results of energy metabolism. Results:In treadmill and cycling exercise with the same incremental load power, 1 )With the load increment, CHO consumption, energy supply and energy supply per- centage are gradually increasing , while fat consumption and the percentage of fat consumption for energy supply phase down;fat consumption reaches a maximum, 4. 77± 1.27 rng/min/kg in the cycling exercise with the load of 50w(37.7%±7.4% VO2 max,58.3%±6.60%HR- max) or 6.51 ± 2.57 mg/min/kg in the treadmill exercise with the load of 75w, namely, at the speed of 5.1km/h and the slope of 12. 3% (55. 61% ± 10. 55% VO2max, 69. 62% ± 5.46% HR max ) and there are significant differences in the corresponding load intensity and maximum consumption figure between the two forms of exercise (P〈0. 001);2)The total time, VO2 max value and exhaustive load intensity in the treadmill exercise are longer or bigger than those in the cycling exercise (P〈0.05) ;on other occasions with the same load intensity, FAT consumption and energy supply percentage in the treadmill exercise are higher than those in the cycling exercise(P〈0.05) ;3)With the same load intensity the total energy output in the treadmill exercise is larger than that in the cycling exercise, meanwhile, significant differences are showed in terms of the decline level and decline time of FAT energy supply as load power is increasing. Conclusion:In different forms of exercise to exhaustive exercise with the same incremental load power, 1)the characteristics and changes of body energy metabolism in different forms of exercise are in line with load increment and the demand for energy output; 2) despite the same incremental load power, FAT consumption and energy supply percentage in the treadmill exercise are larger, which contributes more to fat-reducing and stronger FAT oxidizing ability and better reflects the body's aerobic capacity; 3)the same subject selects different fitness load intensity in different exercise.
