随着世界田径竞技水平的快速提高,我国田径竞技运动在改革开放后已取得一定的成绩,但与国外相比存在较大的差距。通过查阅文献资料及访谈有关专家,采用德尔菲法,对我国田径竞技水平发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行筛选和总结;借鉴现代管理学的SWOT分析,对我国田径竞技水平发展的战略进行科学定位。研究结果表明：我国田径竞技水平发展战略位于多元性战略区域内,说明我国需要努力开拓多样化、多层次、适合不同田径项目的发展战略。其战略定位将为我国田径竞技发展提供理论上的指导与帮助,同时也为其他体育竞技项目提供理论上的借鉴。

Along with the rapid development of the competitive level of world athletics,athletics in China has made some achievements after the reform and opening policy,but there is still a big gap compared with foreign countries.Through the research methods of literature review,expert interview and Delphi method,this paper makes screening and summarization on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of athletics development in China.Based on modern management of SWOT analysis,the development strategy of athletics in China is strategically orientated.The results show that the development strategy of athletics in China is located in multi-level strategic regions.Its strategic positioning will provide guidance and help to the development of athletics,and provide reference for other sports competitions in China.
