“一带一路”建设，离不开语言保障。语言文化融通是“一带一路”建设的基础工程、先导工程和民心工程。语言人才、语言产品、语言应用、语言学术等需求必不可少。面对丰富多样的语言需求，有关方面应尽快制定专门的语言服务规划，加快培养语言人才，创新语言资源开发，构建相应的语言服务体系，不断提升国家和社会的语言服务能力。
“一帶一路”建設，離不開語言保障。語言文化融通是“一帶一路”建設的基礎工程、先導工程和民心工程。語言人纔、語言產品、語言應用、語言學術等需求必不可少。麵對豐富多樣的語言需求，有關方麵應儘快製定專門的語言服務規劃，加快培養語言人纔，創新語言資源開髮，構建相應的語言服務體繫，不斷提升國傢和社會的語言服務能力。
“일대일로”건설，리불개어언보장。어언문화융통시“일대일로”건설적기출공정、선도공정화민심공정。어언인재、어언산품、어언응용、어언학술등수구필불가소。면대봉부다양적어언수구，유관방면응진쾌제정전문적어언복무규화，가쾌배양어언인재，창신어언자원개발，구건상응적어언복무체계，불단제승국가화사회적어언복무능력。
Language support is the guarantee for the construction of ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂. The integration of language and culture is the basic, leading and popular support work for the con- struction of ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂. The needs for language talents, language products, lan- guage use and language academia are essential. Facing the diverse language needs, the authorities should formulate special language service plans as soon as possible, accelerate the training of language talents, innovate the development of language resources, and build the related system in order to im- prove the language service capacities of China.
