作为高等教育传播文化与培养人才主要群体的高校教师，其角色定位需要从教师讲授为中心转变为启发学生为中心。从美国著名心理学家桑代克的迷笼实验入手，根据实验反映联结理论中的“准备律”“效果律”和“练习律”三原则，将学习者的学习行为规律运用于高校教学实践环节，着重探讨高校教师作为学习者学习动机的启发者和激励者，学习目标确立者，课堂学习激励者，以及学习效果强化者和评价者的“六者”角色定位。

As college teachers, they play the major roles in the dissemination of culture and training talents in higher education. Classroom teaching should be student-centered instead of being teacher- centered. Based on the experiment of American psychologist Thorndike＇ s Puzzle Box and the three principles of ＂The Law of Readiness＂, ＂The Law of Effect＂ and ＂The Law of Exercise＂ in Thorn- dike＇ s theory of Connectionism, this essay was intended for applying the learner＇ s behavior learning rules to practical college teaching. In addition, it mainly dealt with teacher＇ s six roles： the inspira- tion and the stimulator of learning motivation, the founder of learning objectives, the stimulator of classroom learning, the enhancer and the evaluator of learning effects.
