企业社会责任的范围已不再局限于某个企业,已扩展到供应链的不同环节。在供应链中,由于各企业的地位、利益分配以及企业社会责任表现各不相同,使得无论核心企业还是非核心企业都缺乏履行责任的动力。针对这种＂囚徒困境＂的局面,构建供应链企业社会责任推进模式,在经济刺激、协议约束、相互竞争的基础上结合外部治理,由点到链,再由链到网络治理逐步推进来解决我国目前企业社会责任缺失的现状。

At present,corporate social responsibility is no longer confined to the scope of an enterprise,but extended to different links of supply chain. In supply chain,the position,profit distribution,and corporate social responsibility performance of each enterprise are not identical,which makes both core and non- core enterprises lack of responsibility. According to the situation of ＂ prisoner＇s dilemma＂,we construct the model to promote corporate social responsibility in supply chain. Only from point to chain and then to network governance can we gradually change the current situation of deficient corporate social responsibility on the basis of stimulus,contract constraint,mutual competition combined with external governance in our country.
