内在动机是组织行为学等诸多领域研究的一个核心课题。内在动机不仅有助于个体创造力的激发、工作绩效提升、组织承诺的增强,而且能使个体获得美妙的情感沉浸体验。文章系统阐述了内在动机概念内涵、结构维度和内在动机理论研究的逻辑演进路径,并提出了未来研究趋势：加强内在动机缺失机制、内在动机前因变量和动态实证研究。

Intrinsic motivation is a core subject of organizational behavior in many fields of study. Intrinsic motivation not only contributes to the stimulation of individual creativity, the improvement of organizational performance, and the enhancement of the organizational commitment, but also helps individuals gain a wonderful feeling of immersion experience. This paper elaborates the intrinsic motivation concept, structure and basic theory of logical evolution path, and puts forward the direction of future research： further improving research on the mechanism lack of intrinsic motivation and＂ mechanism of escaping from freedom＂, intrinsic motivation antecedent variables and dynamic empirical study.
