论文分级、分层地选取22所高校460名用户为样本,以“用户对图书馆的基本认知、使用目的、使用方式及用户对图书馆的总体评价”四个方面为调研内容,将发放问卷与网络调研相结合,最终在数据统计与分析的基础上,提出“根据两类用户认知与使用现状寻求高校馆与公共馆的合作与发展”这一观点,并给予详尽的阐述.

460 user samples from 22 universities were selected according to the different grades and levels in this paper. Four aspects including "user's basic library cognition, use intention, use approach, and user's general evaluation of libra,' were chosen as content for the survey. Questionnaire handout and online survey were also combined. In the end, the viewpoint "to seek the cooperation and development of public libraries and university libraries in accordance with two kinds of user's cognition and utilization in addition to related elaboration were proposed on the basis of data statistics and analysis.
