设计驱动式创新处于开放模式初期。因此,挖掘外部资源对于设计能力极为重要。以网络关系强度、网络同质性和网络规模为变量的协同创新网络包含提升设计能力的丰富资源。基于浙江省通信业250份问卷数据,构建"网络资源—能力—绩效"研究框架,对外部资源推动设计创新的作用路径进行了实证研究。结果表明,关联主体形成的文化协同资源能提升产品语意设计能力;联结外部科研、权利的资源投入能有效提升产品功能设计能力。

Design Driven Innovation is at the early stage of open mode. Therefore, external resources mining is vital impor- tance of design ability. The collaborative innovation network, which made of network relation intensity, network homoge- neity and network scale, contains rich resources for increasing design ability. Based on the 250 questionnaires from Tele- corn industry of the Zhejiang Province, this article constructs a research framework from the network resources, to design ability, performance, and does the empirical analysis on the path that how do external resources promote to design innova- tion. The result shows that the cultural synergy resources combined with associated enterprises can improve product se- mantic design ability and Connecting external scientific research, power resources can effectively improve product function- al design ability, consequently, the path can provide a decision-making reference for enterprises ~ being not in a dominant position, which want to make their product design meet the consumer demand.
