城镇化是现代化的必由之路,我国的城镇化进程在取得巨大成就的同时出现了严重的城镇化质量问题。本研究从新型城镇化的内涵出发,构建新型城镇化质量评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法对全国30个省市的城镇化发展质量进行综合评价。结果显示：我国30个省市间城镇化质量差异十分显著,高于城镇化速度体现的差异。从东中西部区域来衡量城镇化质量高低,可以看出,东部〉中部〉西部。从城镇化速度与城镇化质量的协调度来分析,可以看出我国城镇化可以划分为4种类型：＂高——高＂型,＂高——低＂型,＂低——低＂型,＂低——高＂型,文章最后针对不同类型的城镇化提出相应的政策建议。

The urbanization is the only way to modernization,the urbanization of our country obtained great achievements,at the same time,the serious quality problems appeared. This study,starting from the connotation of the new urbanization,constructs the new urbanization quality evaluation index system,evaluates the quality of the national 30 provinces and cities＇ urbanization using principal component analysis. The result shows： the urbanization quality differences between 30 provinces and cities in our country is very obvious,which reflects the differences of higher than the rate of urbanization. From different areas to measure quality of urbanization,it can be seen that the east areas central areas west areas. From the speed of urbanization and urbanization quality to analyze the coordination degree,it can be seen that our country urbanization can be classified into four types： ＂high-high＂,＂high-low＂,＂low-low＂,＂low-high＂,and at last this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations for different types of urbanization.
