中国开展创业教育理论研究和试验已有20余年历史,但是关于中国创业教育的历史发端仍然存在着模糊认识,突出强调联合国教科文组织在中国召开＂面向21世纪教育国际研讨会＂,将创业教育送到中国来的历史事件,却忽略了中国学者对于创业教育的本土创造,以至于得出了创业教育为＂舶来品＂的错误结论;关于中国高校创业教育起点问题的认识存在着细微的差别,普遍把中国高校创业教育的起始年份定在1997年,但是以1997年作为起点的具体标志性事件是什么却没有研究清楚;同为英语国家,为什么会对＂创业教育＂的英文表述有不同的称谓呢？＂Enterprise Education＂与＂Entrepreneurship Education＂的主要区别是什么？笔者针对这些创业教育研究中存在的学术问题,结合翔实的研究文献,深入细致地研究了中国创业教育的发端、中国高校创业教育的起点与标志事件、创业教育的科学表述问题。

The development of the theoretical research and experiment on Chinese Entrepreneurship Education has been more than 20 years. However,there still exists confused cognition in the history of Chinese Entrepreneurship education. The conference ＂For the twenty-first Century International Symposium on Education＂ that UNESCO held in China is strongly emphasized to transfer ＂Entrepreneurship Education＂ into China. As a result,a wrong conclusion has been drawn that Entrepreneurship Education is ＂imported goods＂. There also exist slight differences in the cognition of the beginning point of Chinese entrepreneurship education. It is generally accepted that the starting year of Entrepreneurship education in Chinese high school is 1997, however, making 1997 as a starting point, the detailed landmark event is still leaving to look into. Why are there different English expressions in different English countries？ What are the major differences between ＂Entrepreneurship Education＂ and ＂Enterprise Education＂？ The present study focuses on these academic problems existing in the study of entrepreneurship education, using detailed materials as support, doing a thorough research on the history of Chinese Entrepreneurship Education, the starting point and landmark event of Entrepreneurship Education in Chinese high school,and the scientific expression of Entrepreneurship Education.
