基于P-S-R(Pressure-State-Response)概念框架,构建具有区域特色的土地资源生态环境评价指标体系,运用最优组合赋权法确定权重和综合评价法建立土地生态安全评价模型,并运用该模型对湖北省1998-2013年土地资源生态环境安全进行评价和分析。结果表明,近十六年来,湖北省土地生态压力呈逐年减少趋势,土地生态状态和土地生态响应呈逐年增大趋势,湖北省的土地资源生态环境安全呈上升趋势。同时,研究表明,耕地面积的人均占有量,农用化肥的施用数量,人口的自然增长率及人口密度指标对本区土地生态安全影响最大,要想提高土地资源生态环境安全就需要从以上四个方面着手。

This research is based on the P-S-R (Pressure-State-Response) concept framework and tries to construct anevaluation index system on the ecological safety of land resources which can reflect regional characters and build a landecological safety evaluation model via the optimal combination method and comprehensive analysis method and usesthis model to evaluate and analyze the land resources ecological safety of Hubei Province from 1998 to 2013. The resultsindicate that, in the past 16 years, the land ecological pressure in Hubei Province was keeping decreasing approximately;however, the land ecological situation and the land ecological response were keeping increasing; the land ecosystem safetywas increasing year by year overall. Additionally, this research found that the area of cultivated land per capita, the amountof chemical fertilizer, the natural population growth rate and population density have the greatest impact on ecologicalsecurity of land resources, so improving the ecological security of land resources from the four aspects is recommended.
