在＂汉语热＂的大背景下,诸多学校纷纷成立国际教育学院,开展针对留学生的汉语教学。但因专业师资缺乏,不少教师从其他相关专业如英语专业转型而来。通过对四川师范大学国际教育学院由英语专业转型而来的对外汉语教师的访谈,结合其专业知识背景,发现此类转型教师在与留学生进行语言、文化交际和调动课堂气氛、提高学生兴趣方面存在优势,但是在汉语以及文化教学方面存在劣势,语法方面表现最突出。

재＂한어열＂적대배경하,제다학교분분성입국제교육학원,개전침대류학생적한어교학。단인전업사자결핍,불소교사종기타상관전업여영어전업전형이래。통과대사천사범대학국제교육학원유영어전업전형이래적대외한어교사적방담,결합기전업지식배경,발현차류전형교사재여류학생진행어언、문화교제화조동과당기분、제고학생흥취방면존재우세,단시재한어이급문화교학방면존재열세,어법방면표현최돌출。
Influenced by＂Chinese Fever＂,numerous universities have established the School of International Education in order to teach foreign students Chinese.However,due to a lack of qualified TCFL teachers,many teachers have experienced a career shift from other related majors like English in order to become TCFL teachers.Through a study of the academic backgrounds of and interviews with the TCFL teachers at the College of International Education of Sichuan Normal University whose former major is English,the paper concludes that such teachers have the strength of cultural and linguistic competence for the communication with foreign students as well as the ability for enhancing the students＇ interests,but they have the weaknesses in terms of teaching Chinese and Chinese culture,and especially Chinese grammar.
