旅游业的发展受新媒体与传统媒体共同作用和影响。新技术支撑下出现的新媒体发展速度和影响力远超传统媒体,其对旅游发展有着更为广泛和深远的影响。研究分析表明,新媒体与"游客凝视"实质上是表现为一种相互促进、相互制约的互动关系:新媒体对游客"凝视"起着先导作用;反之,游客凝视并非一成不变,游客对差异化事物的追寻和实地的旅游体验反馈亦可反作用新媒体这一传播媒介的议程设置。文章以重要新媒体微信为例,解读新媒体与游客凝视双向互动关系,并探讨二者的互动机制:微信主要从定点性、及时性、偶然性、定制化、微内容五个方面影响游客凝视;游客凝视通过聚合性、时效性、扩散性和反馈性、丰富性来影响新媒体。并据此提出从危机的应对与补救、地方文化特色的保持、凝视域的全面兼顾、虚实对比的感知平衡四个方面来解决二者互动时出现的问题,使其保持持续有效的互动。

Both traditional media and new media have an effect on the development of tourism. The developing speed and influence of new media emerging under the support of new technology are far more than those of traditional media, and its leadership for tourist gaze has a more extensive and far-reaching significance. Researches show that new media and "tourist gaze" keep a kind of mutual promotion and mutual restriction of interactive relationship in essence: new media plays a leading role in "tourist gaze". Moreover,tourist gaze is not fixed, tourists' pursuing of differentiation things and the tourism experience can react to agenda setting of new media. This paper takes Wechat, an important new medium, as an example to interpret the two-way interactive relationship of new media and tourist gaze, and discusses the interactive mechanism of the both. Wechat influences tourist gaze mainly from five points: fixed-point, timeliness, contingency and customization, and micro-content. Tourists gaze influences new media through convergence, time-efficiency,diffusion, feedback, and richness. Based on the thought, four efficient measures should be adopted to solve the problem of interaction of the two and keep its sustained and effective interaction, such as the crisis response and recovery, local cultural characteristics maintenance, comprehensive consideration of gaze domain, and sense balance of the virtual-real comparison.
