20世纪西方学者社会主义批判的突出特点是不再仅仅局限于抽象理论纷争,而是把矛头指向现实社会主义理论与实践。这种批判主要肇始于以战时共产主义政策为靶子的批判,并形成三条主导性演进轨迹：一是对社会主义计划经济可行性的批判;二是对斯大林极权主义的批判,以及对苏联东欧国家后极权主义的批判;三是苏东剧变前后对苏联模式社会主义的全面否定。这些批判既有误读,有曲解,也不乏切中问题要害的真知灼见,是值得系统全面发掘整理和深入细致批判反思的重要学术资源。

In the 20 th Century,the outstanding characteristic of western scholars＇ socialism criticism is not merely confined to abstract theoretical disputes,but also the points to the theory and practice of socialism in reality.This criticism mainly originated from the criticism of Lenin＇s Wartime Communist Policy,and has formed the three main evolution tracks.The criticism was characterized with misleading due to the lack of thorough and meticulous investigation and with subjective misinterpretation originated from ideological differences.But,these criticism also contained correct and penetrating views which revealed the key points of the socialism theory and practice of Soviet model.This is an important academic resource left to us in the twentieth Century,which is worthy of thorough study and introspection.
