崇公抑私作为儒家处理社会关系的基本方式确立了其对公的尊崇的价值取向,使得公蕴含着巨大的道德力量。传统儒家对公的尊崇主要通过确立公的神圣性、政治性与道德性而展开。现代新儒家以接续儒学道统为己任,倡导返本开新应对文化危机,但是由于对儒学道德理性主义的固守使其不可避免带有历史的局限性。
崇公抑私作為儒傢處理社會關繫的基本方式確立瞭其對公的尊崇的價值取嚮,使得公蘊含著巨大的道德力量。傳統儒傢對公的尊崇主要通過確立公的神聖性、政治性與道德性而展開。現代新儒傢以接續儒學道統為己任,倡導返本開新應對文化危機,但是由于對儒學道德理性主義的固守使其不可避免帶有歷史的跼限性。
숭공억사작위유가처리사회관계적기본방식학립료기대공적존숭적개치취향,사득공온함착거대적도덕역량。전통유가대공적존숭주요통과학립공적신골성、정치성여도덕성이전개。현대신유가이접속유학도통위기임,창도반본개신응대문화위궤,단시유우대유학도덕이성주의적고수사기불가피면대유역사적국한성。
As the basic way of dealing with social relations by Confucians, prioritizing public interest over individual interest is established as the Confucian value-orientation, endowing public interest with great moral forces. The traditional Confucian worship for the public manifests itself in the establishment of the sanctity, political appeal and morality of the public. Modem Neo-Confucianism founded in 1920s takes the continuation of Confucian doctrine as its mission, advocat- ing returning to the original and innovating to deal with the cultural crisis. But its adherence to the rationalism of Confu- cian morality inevitably brings along with it some historic limitations.
