中小企业面临的“用工荒”问题,是一个综合性的社会问题。从伦理视角出发,实施柔性管理,有针对性地解决新生代农民工和中小企业之间的矛盾,并克服中小企业社会责任意识淡薄、缺乏人文关怀、存在社会歧视、分配不公现象和企业内部伦理缺失等问题,是实现中小企业可持续发展的重要途径。
中小企業麵臨的“用工荒”問題,是一箇綜閤性的社會問題。從倫理視角齣髮,實施柔性管理,有針對性地解決新生代農民工和中小企業之間的矛盾,併剋服中小企業社會責任意識淡薄、缺乏人文關懷、存在社會歧視、分配不公現象和企業內部倫理缺失等問題,是實現中小企業可持續髮展的重要途徑。
중소기업면림적“용공황”문제,시일개종합성적사회문제。종윤리시각출발,실시유성관리,유침대성지해결신생대농민공화중소기업지간적모순,병극복중소기업사회책임의식담박、결핍인문관부、존재사회기시、분배불공현상화기업내부윤리결실등문제,시실현중소기업가지속발전적중요도경。
Labor shortages, existed in the SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), is a very complicated social issue.According to the ethical view, the SMEs should implement the flexible management measures and solve the prob- lems between the SMEs and the new generation of migrant works in a more proper way. The consciousness of social re- sponsibility, the lack of humanistic care, social discrimination against the new generation of migrant works, unfair distri- bution, and ethical disorder are all the problems that exist in the SMEs. Using the ehical management methods to con- quer these kind of problems is the unique way for the SMEs to achieve the sustainable development.
