基于劳动者的视角,依据职业生涯发展阶段理论和性别差异理论,剖析延迟退休对不同工作性质、处于不同职业生涯阶段和不同性别的劳动者的影响。为更好地推进延迟退休政策,应小步渐进,保留一定的选择权;以法律法规保障老年劳动者的权益;做好配套制度和服务建设;逐步推动男性劳动者和女性劳动者同龄退休。

Based on the stage of career development theory and gender difference theory, this paper analyzed what exact influence this policy would bring from the view of labors, on the dimension of job category, career stage and gender. In order to apply this policy, the government need to delay the retirement age incrementally, remain certain right of selection for labors; protect senior labors' right by laws and regulations; support it with corresponding mechanisms and service construction; extend the retirement age of both male and female to the same level gradually.
