职业伦理在职业化素养培育中具有重要的作用。基于高素质技术技能型人才的核心素养分析,建立由课程体系、实践育人体系、人生发展体系组成的＂三位一体＂职业化素养培育路径,通过实施＂双导师＂育人机制、＂订单式＂培养机制和＂导生制＂合作机制等保障机制,使高职学生的职业化素养始终以职业人的标准加以培育。

Professional ethics plays an important role in the cultivating of occupation literacy of higher vocational major. Based on the study of core occupation literacy of higher vocational major,the route of＂Integration of Three Subjects＂occupation literacy consisted of curriculum system,practice and life development system has been constructed from the perspective of professional ethics. Through the safeguarding mechanisms of double tutors,＂order form＂cultivation,monitorial system,the student＇s professional ethics of higher vocational students can be cultivated with the standards of career man.
