生态文化反映了人与自然和谐的生存方式．随着区域生态文化建设实践的蓬勃发展，迫切需要建立一套反映区域生态文化发展绩效的评价指标体系，及时测度生态文化发展与政策执行的效果．根据生态文化的区域性与历史性特征，为服务于区域生态文化建设，基于经济发达地区与欠发达地区各自不同的资源环境问题与生态文化建设实际，构建了以测度生态文化建设成效为主要目的的评价指标体系．

Ecological culture reflects the people＇s way of life is in harmony with nature. With the rapid development ofregional eco-cultural construction, an evaluation system reflecting the performance of the regional ecological culturedevelopment needs to be established urgently to timely measure the effect of ecological cultural development and policyimplementation. According to the regional and historic features of the eco-culture, the study, based on the different resourcesand environmental problems and ecological culture of the developed areas and less developed regions, constructs theevaluation system aiming at measuring the effectiveness of eco-cultural construction, so as to serve the construction ofregional eco-culture.
