地方高校已成为我国学位与研究生教育的重要力量,但省市间的地方高校研究生教育发展水平却存在巨大差异.教育强省江苏近年在百强研究生培养院校数量上增长迅速,其地方院校定位主要立足于区域服务,少数老牌院校着力形成辐射全国效应.剖析、汇聚其成功经验表明,江苏省在近年学科评审政策改革与协调机制创新,以及地方高校内部优势学科和实践模式建设等方面,积累、形成了有益发展经验.基于此,地方高校研究生教育应立足区域优势、找准院校定位,以学科建设为基础、形成地域特色方向,抓住资源“共享”焦点,完善多样合作载体,统筹协调改革工程,强化调控保障机制,从而推动其研究生教育蓬勃发展.

Local universities have become one of the key parts in our graduate educational system, but the huge differences inthe development among provinces and cities still exist. In Jiangsu Province, a strong province in education, the number of top-100 postgraduate training institutions has grown quickly these years. Its local universities are based on regional servicebesides a few established ones focusing on radiating the nation. Analyzing and gathering its successful experiences in JiangsuProvince, we fmd that its success is not only resulted from policy reforms of discipline review and innovations of coordinationmechanism, but also connected with the construction of preponderant disciplines and practical model in the universities.Based on the analysis, some suggestions promoting graduate education in local universities are proposed, including fixingpositions based on regional advantages, developing regional characteristics based on discipline construction, improvingdiversified cooperation platforms by seizing the focus of resources sharing, and strengthening safeguards by coordinatingdifferent factors in the development. Thus, the development of the postgraduate education can be promoted vigorously.
