民办高校只有在办学实践中不断摸索,走特色办学之路,才能在竞争中生存和发展。重庆科创职业学院在多年的办学过程中,在不断加大资金投入的基础上,加强师资队伍建设,重视学风、教风和校风建设,提出了“3+1”人才培养方案,强化了学生的“专业教育”、“素质教育”和“拓展技能教育”,走了一条由小到大、由弱到强的特色办学之路。

Only by constant exploration to the characteristic road of running-education can the private higher institutions survive and develop over the increasing competition. Chongqing Creation Vocational College, as a representative in this line, focuses on cultivating qualified faculty, regulating academic discipline, as well as building college spirit with continual capital investment along the years of running-education, proposing “3+1” talents training mode innovatively based on the concept of serving for students even the whole society. Thus a characteristic road of running education is found witnessing its changes from small scale to large and from weak to strong.
